Working Principle of Ultrafine Ring Roller Mill

The HGM series ultrafine ring roller mill uses a multi-layer ring roller grinding mechanism to achieve ultra-fine powder production at 300-3000 mesh.

Ultrafine Ring Roller Mill Working Principle Diagram
1

Material Feeding

Raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through a vibrating feeder. Materials smaller than 20mm are continuously and evenly delivered to the mill.

2

Multi-Layer Grinding

The material is ground between the grinding rollers and rings in multiple layers. The ring rollers rotate around the central shaft while spinning on their own axes, creating high-pressure grinding action.

3

Classification & Separation

Ground powder is carried by airflow to the classifier. The high-precision classifier separates fine powder (300-3000 mesh adjustable) from coarse particles, which are returned for re-grinding.

4

Collection & Discharge

Qualified fine powder passes through the classifier and is collected by the cyclone collector and pulse dust collector. The final product is discharged through the discharge valve.
